In 2021, the Child Advocacy Center was involved in the creation of the Friends of the Child Advocacy Center of Gloucester County non-profit that was created to enhance the work we do at the CAC and supplement the needs of the children we serve.
The members of the non-profit are both members from our office and members of the community, all intended to help abused children. The Friends of the CACGC will raise funds through various events to provide clothing/food/supplies to families that express a need and are serviced by the Child Advocacy Center of Gloucester County, to highlight events for the families serviced by the Child Advocacy Center of Gloucester County throughout the year such as back to school, holidays, birthdays and any other special occasion identified and to supplement the needs of the Child Advocacy Center of Gloucester County by raising funds to improve the space and environment for the families serviced by the Center.
